Some legal news about the campaign.

I want to share an important legal update with you.

We went to court alongside the Working Families Party (WFP) to get me on their line in the November election. We won, but now Tom Reed is appealing that decision.

Why does he want to throw me off of that line? It's plain and simple. To use the law to suppress Working Family Party voters and to hurt my chances on Election Day.

The Working Families Party is a progressive grassroots political party building a multiracial movement of working people to transform America:

"We want to earn enough to thrive, not just survive, and leave a better future for our kids. We want healthy food and clean water, safe neighborhoods and a safe world. We want to contribute to something bigger than ourselves. We want to be free."

They believe that no matter what people look like or where they're from, most of them want the same things. Reed knows this isn't his audience -- he's underserved them for years. It's in his interest to keep progress and even the most basic ideas off the ballot. But it's not in our communities' interest.

That's the difference between the Reed Campaign and Team Tracy. If you're with us, chip in $3 today and let's amplify voices like the Working Family Party together.
